Chris: "As president of Telx, I gained an understanding of all the operational aspects of the company.

I wanted to build a reputation and accomplishments that hopefully will last well beyond my time as a CEO."

Joel: What led you to the CEO role?

AI is going to infuse itself into just about everything that we do.

I would recommend that businesses pay attention to those things, because there's been evidence over the last decade in particular where long-tenured, strong enterprises have been disintermediated fairly quickly by the types of advancements I just mentioned.
